I don't know who's the one that pushed for this 2nd impeachment but I am disappointed due to the optics, to the lack of control, to the blatant disregard for Congressional decorum, for long standing rules of behavior in Congress, etc.
IMHO, This is a disappointment to me that whomever insisted on this 2nd impeachment wave, w/ such lack of control and decorum, had to know that this was going to happen, they still had to still push on w/ the 2nd impeachment, etc. Disappointing. You would have to imagine that people will always know what rump did, and will act accordingly in the future w/ trump's betrayal of his supporters in mind.
I did expect more from the democratic side of the house to ignore this thugs, to move on and do the business of the Congress in more effective and better ways of getting points across, such as including a provision in a law being currently discussed (when one comes up) that would not allow trump to ever run for president again. Don't allow such a circus to interrupt the Congress again, w/ mike lee mouthing off (or others), this is a body that represents all Americans (although one wouldn't be able to tell).
