I'm surprised that the Framers didn't foresee that the nation's principal mechanism to address presidential wrongdoing would be the Fulton County District Attorney's Office

If not by Congress then by a criminal court. If not by a criminal court than a civil one. I wonder if the families of the slain from Jan 6th are waiting on the outcome of impeachment before bringing lawsuits. I sure would be if my family member was killed or maimed.
