4. Any city or locality that allows a 'campaign rally' like this is deserving to lose the money it

anticipates from trump and cronies. They probably still haven't paid any of their bills from before for prior rallies. Such cities and localities now can refuse service and other things, if there are unpaid bills still remaining. They should refuse service, and allow any bookings to occur, since it is literally a danger to all still, with the CV still raging.
