other than a helluva good time, there was a significant homeless problem even back then. It was brutal for them in the winter...

It's currently -1 with a low today of -12!
She is not homeless, however. I do not know how anyone could live in those conditions.

After all, who has kept these people from receiving the welfare that they need? The federal government is the one that is not limited with having to balance budgets.
