Instead, there is a consolidation against Trump and the far right underway now. Even among people who don't usually agree. Be interesting to see where this goes.

I think this means the country is pulling together against the (mostly) white nationalists/seditionists. As other posters have said, the real widening split is in the Republican Party, not the nation as a whole.
