Does he deserve to be forgiven? Should he not be allowed to never earn a dime again in his life?
Should I be forgiven? I acknowledge that I did it. Will never do it again.
What about Bill Clinton? He never apologized as far as I know. Should we all be offended on behalf of Hillary? Hillary's "Stand by your man" appearance on 60 Minutes. That wasn't an apology to his accusers BEFORE he was elected president. We don't know if it was based on anything true but he's ours so its ok?
Al Franken comes to mind. We all seem to agree that Kristen and the other Senators went to far. Now, we all (me too) wish he was back.
Then lets look at the "Truth and Reconciliation" commissions in South Africa and Northern Ireland. People committed murder, confessed and are allowed to resume their lives.
Thoughts?
