You can count on the Reich Wing to fight

one aspect of the 1/6 above all others.

Subpoena power.

Remember during the 9/11 Commission Shrub and Cheney giving testimony together.

The Reich Wing will fight, at all costs, not having Chump subpoenaed.

Without Subpoena power the Commission will be worthless.
