Simple point: I hate social distancing, but I hate pneumonia more!

I know we don't like this ...."Social Distancing"

I have had pneumonia. Stay away from others & wear a mask.
.....much better than time in the hospital or pneumonia......I think so...

since it gives me an excuse to avoid people that I would rather not hang out with, which is most of them. But I agree 100% about masks and staying away from people, because the way you get sick is by breathing other people's used air. I have not ever had pneumonia but I have had Hong Kong flu and a terrible case of bronchitis that I couldn't shake for a couple of months - I'd rather not get either bug again, let along covid19. Having isolated myself since last March, I haven't even had a cold this year.

3. Me too, and I hate the thought I could be a vector for the disease that kills so easily.

I sleep better at night knowing I've done everything I could, and will continue to do so.

Killin' other folks for the most petty of personal pleasures just ain't my thang, ya know?

probably helped along by the fact I quit smoking in the Carter Administration and never looked back.

I feel for those who suffer COPD and other lung problems, though. Don't mean to gloat.
