If the Senate cannot get beyond politics, then civil action that ties these a******s up in court, creates costs for them to fight it and bad PR for a long time (sadly civil action is NOT fast, this will drag past 2022, maybe even 2024) is a good course of action. Has to be a high cost for selling lies and sedition as a profit and membership building strategy.
Would like to see the state's Secretaries of State and election officials take similar actions along the lines of intimidation, harassment, etc. in a class action approach.

Tangle them all up in protracted litigation including architects, instigators, perpetrators, of storming the US Capitol.
Cripple them with monetary damages, lawyer's fees, court costs, and damage awards. Bankrupt them back into the dark ages. So they won't and can't pull this crap ever again.
