Don't you think that E. Jean Carroll should have her phones always on record

and always wearing a wire? I cannot imagine dump not trying to buy her off. And I'm not that informed about mob ways but I would think that they do things so as to not leave a trail. Like they will use untraceable numbers etc. But you will leave a trail if the other person always has a recorder on. I used to have one on my phone to record all my phone conversations.

I cannot imagine him willingly giving his DNA.

And I would love someone to trap that slim ball.

Not sure where she lives, and the legality varies by state, but if legal hell yes she should record RockRaven Feb 2021 #1

I don't know the laws wherever she lives.

The only way around this would be to get a judge to authorize a wiretap.

parties, Vermont doesn't have any phone recording statues.). Maybe she needs to have her orig. telephone number located in Vermont, so all can be recorded for her protection. Other states are different, a whole hodge podge of stuff. Here's a quick snapshot of just a tad of the rules...

She needs to protect herself, I suspect that perhaps her attorneys have already instructed her/aided her, or at least I hope so. It wouldn't surprise me that djt would lash out, pretending he's someone else, and call and bother her/threaten her.

On the other hand, recording phone calls between two individuals or between a company representative and an individual can be covered by S18 U.S.C. 2511 (2)(d), which is known as the “one-party consent” law. This law requires that at least one of the participants in the conversation be aware that the call is being recorded, which is an easy requirement to meet if you are recording your own conversations. If you’re a business that wishes to record incoming and outbound calls with customers for quality assurance and training purposes, it’s crucial that you make the caller aware and protect your business from litigation.

Not that they'd want to publicize that before the trial.
