Cutter: Biden’s ‘Rarin’ To Go’
Deputy Obama campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said that Vice President Joe Biden is ready and excited about Thursday's vice presidential debate on MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Thursday.
"He's looking forward to tonight," Cutter said. "He's rarin' to go."
Cutter also mentioned Paul Ryan's line on "Fox News Sunday" two weeks ago when Ryan said he didn't have enough time to explain Mitt Romney's tax plan, saying that maybe in the 90-minute debate forum he would have time to finally explain it to the American people.
