He doesn't understand the issues well at all , and trying to blame it all on ERCOT, when you can't protect Texas energy companies from the levels of severe weather and ice storms we've seen without major additional investments in many area's. So, guess who'll get stuck for those additional costs and then some? We will, forever. ERCOT"S pr people need to deliver some answers now, how many plants are down for repairs and updating, and give some time lines from those shut down from the storms. All Abbott's going to do is insure rates increase from this.
