Well, I retired my gov't debit card this week...

I had been using it most of the month for incidental daily expenses and such, never really used it for a major purchase.

I checked it the other day and it was down a shade under $20 balance, so I transferred that to my bank account. The money showed up this morning. The money certainly helped me out. I hope others had good experiences with it.

Now waiting for the next one.

However, I have money in my savings acct. paying .005% that I can hit-up for the rest of the money I need.

Its been a tough go for those living below the poverty line, believe me.

Little if any help except for assistance with my power bill hopefully!

Thanks for the well-wishes. I really appreciate the good vibes.

Gas is abt. to hit $4 a gallon here in Calif.

Just got back from the store so its $10 a run into town and back in my 20-year old car.

Things are so expensive!

Haircut is $50 everywhere. $50!

Won't be doing that anytime soon.

Long is good! Long is good!
