Last night, after wed lost power & my pipes burst, my toddler choked on a peanut in our dark house. We rushed him across town on icy roads for emergency surgery at a hospital that does not have enough water pressure to flush toilets.
Texas is a disaster.

are likely affected. Hopefully they have some good renters insurance that will pay for their hotel stay while their apartments are repaired. I doubt they will get a check from Oncor or ERCOT.

Climate change is wrecking so much damage on us this year. Now Texas and this summer California wildfires and drought.
