15. I thawed and warmed up a chicken and dumplings I'd cooked and froze. ❤️

Real food. So very good! I've been eating canned foods warmed on hot rocks, or just cold. It worked, but wasn't necessarily tasty.

Works but isnt much of an eating experience! Glad you had a tasty meal. Went thru a hurricane in 98, and remember cooking everything could, in a small window.

16. I'm thawing out and pre-heating/cooking food now.

I only have to make it until Friday per the news. It is so very good to be able to see what's taking actually taking place again. Last I had seen today was projected to be our thaw. I was already assuming not when last night it iced again and then we had snow flurries again today.

Nope, never thawed here. But, I have power and it's 60min my home. 60! It feels like I'm on the tropics to me.
