Texas news site calls Americans living outside of Texas "foreign".

ERCOT’s Foreign Leadership

A KXAN [based in Austin, TX] analysis of ERCOT’s board revealed a total of five members do not live in Texas.


(Four of these "foreign" members live in Michigan, California, Illinois, and Maine, and one was traced to Canada.)
