Beto took his already-in-place organization and is helping people get to warming shelters and get food, etc.

Doesn't 'Cancun Cruz' have staff already in place? Don't they have fucking phones? Why can't they organize and help people that are freezing and going hungry?

Why is this so hard? Just fucking help people in need!
