And what airport he coming into?

It seems to me that an airport need a lot of electricity and water.

So they all have multiple levels of generators and lots of fuel to run them. I suspect their water supplies are likewise well designed to not freeze.

But cruise already landed. So if you are thinking of greeting him, you are too late. The state police were there to whisk him away without having to face anyone.
