My goal is to have my BMI at normal, not overweight. As you might guess, I used to be in the obese category.

I was already 12 lbs over so when covid hit and I started baking and put on 15 more I knew I had to eventually do something, from weight or stress my blood pressure was up so no choice.

(4,440 posts)now I weigh 220. Gonna be some serious work-outs going on this summer before I do my back-country hike. Nothing like winter and a pandemic to put on weight.

Put on more weight this covid year.
Anxiety eating was never a thing for me previously.

(3,282 posts)I was 13 years old. But I'm four inches taller than you as well. The best size for my body is about 215-215, but I'm over that now. I need to get back down. I lift but I also eat more than I should.
