Deregulation and privatization of public utilities is insane and leads too this. I cannot imagine.

The free market certainly has its place, but NOT for utilities. DAMN I'm glad I don't live in Texas anymore - there were things I liked, especially many of the people I knew, but I sure don't miss the fucked up state government.
