That area will probably be totally submerged during an emergency.

Now I need to know when to turn it back on without causing damage. Edited to add, when it is safe. Not a sprinkler head but a hose spigot. Hopefully a new one will fix it.

six foot long wrench to turn on my water, it was down so deep (in STLMO). The water guy I called had it, but a normal person wouldn't probably have something like this around.
