Damn! That is called Texas gouging to the highest level! Very suspicious, and needs to be stopped and investigated to the fullest!

Some picked variable because at the time they saved money, but then the price skyrocketed. The customers picking the fixed rate got the same bill. Id never chose a variable rate ever! Its too risky as these customers found out.

no more then 10 percent increase in a single year or something. The company will have to do something because customers are not going to pay the bills. They cant.
