that the people of Texas would be able to find out WHO is responsible for this monumental fustercluck!
Were it to have happened in a society where personal honor and integrity was paramount they would already have resignations from at least 1 governor, one senator, and who knows how many others.
But, this is AMURIKA - the land of the......... well, it just ain't gonna' happen.
Lord knows we've got enough 'independent commissions' forming these days, but, well, might not be a bad idea here.
