i'm super happy to see this. not just because the writer/lawyer who made it happen is a friend of mine but because it is a super important topic.
that is so everywhere, but here in illinois the system remains a nightmare.
like this story of a 10 yo girl who was repeatedly sexually abused. she remains in the psyche ward because they have nowhere to place her, but her attackers remain free.
