Does it make sense to have military bases in shithole states that can't keep

power and water on because it got cold? How did our troops on those bases fare during this disaster? Was their preparedness diminished in anyway by power outages, maybe still by water problems? I think we need to look at this very strongly, as "the former guy" liked to say.
