Dude is the kind of guy who blasts his music at 8 a.m. on a Saturday.

He put up a dotard 2020 flag AFTER January 06, and sometimes displays two. And he takes it down at night and puts it back up every day

Needless to say, since the numbnut lives right across the street from me, I have to see this shit in my neighborhood every day, and I guess today I had kind of reached my limit; as I was returning from my morning run, I saw dude, flags a flappin', out in his yard, and while I was still a few houses away I went into a real loud "fake" laugh and yelling, "Trump what a f-ing loser, hahahaha, what a piece of s---," etc. I can be super loud when I want to and have a patented "laugh" my kids could tell you about. And when I was directly across the street from his house, I dropped to my knees and started slapping the pavement in mirthful enjoyment of how stupid someone would have to be to fly that hideous banner.

Meanwhile, Trumper started filming with his phone.

So I told him he was flying the flag of a cop killer. And I chanted "cop killer" at him through gusts of laughter and derision. Then, since he used to fly an SD/LA Chargers flag, I told him he should put it back up because even the chargers aren't as big losers as the dotard.

Then I went home, with a wicked smirk on my face. One of my other neighbors asked me if I had gotten it all out. That remains to be seen.

I'm not proud of the incident; let's face it, I kind of snapped, but only after months (years) of this kind of shit. Nevertheless, I do feel well within my rights to have voiced my opinion in my own way. If he is going to broadcast racism and hatred in my neighborhood, he needs to expect some pushback, no?

Also, for the record, I NEVER threatened him or even got close to him; I stayed on my side of the street. If he had reported me to the cops, the most he would have been able to say is that I laughed at his flag, and used some potty language.

If would check zoning on exactly what you can have in your yard as permanent fixtures. Huge signs or flags my be prohibited or have a maximum.

If nothing there talk to legal aid. Maybe you have a case for infringement of your ability to enjoy life.

Just file a small claims anyway. Maybe you get some relief. But making him go to court might b a bigger hassle than he wants.

This is the same guy who painted up a "yard sign" that was really a 4x8 sheet of plywood for Romney in 2012, and literally put like 100 yards signs in his yard urging everyone to vote no on a school levy several years ago (no kidding, there was a like a sign on every square foot of his yard, and they all said the same thing--apparently he thinks that signs count as votes or something). So, as you can see, he's a real stand-up guy.

Whenever I drive past his house, I fly my own flag. The one-finger one. And I loudly laugh, "HA HA HA!!! LOSER!!!" He probably doesn't even see it, but it makes ME feel better. And maybe it helps in some small way to pile up negative energy on the property or something. I don't know. But I like it, and that's all that matters.

Before the election every Trump flag that I Saw I would stop and tell them I only had southern blood in me I was glad they were fighting for the confederacy and the South would rise again and they were on the side of sedition and slavery. Get a couple old used wireless routers. Set the SSID to something insulting like "Trump Supporters are mental midgets". You don't even have to hook them up to the Internet. Since he is just across the street he will see them anytime he uses a wireless device and looks at the list of available wireless networks.
