People are delusional if they think Trump will ever face the threat of jail. It's not going to happen, ex President do not go to jail in the US, period.

The NYC cases will amount to some fines and sanctions at most.

People need to stop fantasizing, Trump does zero time in jail, unless you want Obama to go to jail too. And people will scoff at that, because Obama has committed no conceivable crime and Trump has, but they have to realize for about 40% of the country, Trump going to jail would be just as offensive as Obama going to jail is for us. It would rip this country apart.

If Trump was jailed, the Reps would invent crimes by Obama or Biden and send them to jail somehow too.

But this isn't reality, this is America. If Trump was put in jail 100 million Americans would look at it as a 100% politically motivated imprisonment, they'd view him as Nelson Mandela. And there's a 100% chance if the Reps got Congress and the Senate they'd invent charges for Obama and or Biden and find a way to jail them.

This is what we are living with, the other side would feel the same way about a jailed Trump as we would about a jailed Obama, we have to acknowledge that.

He's going to declare he is emperor god of the GOP at CPAC. He's essentially demanding that the GOP recognize him as the 2024 nominee and has stated that he, not Biden is currently in charge of the US. We really need to work to ensure the GOP does not steal the next elections and that all fascists and white supremacists are let go from the military, LE and and appointed (and ideally, elected) positions in government. I hope people like Cruz and Hawley realize that they will not be running in 2028 if somehow Trump is re-elected, because he will never leave office if that happens. The US will become a dictatorship that makes Putin's seem like a girl scout outing. We cannot let this happen.
