If I flew the American flag at all, I'd fly it full-staff on the appointed day...

and only to buildings under state jurisdiction. Federal buildings and private facilities should not be compelled by a governor's edict.

I was predicting David to step in... he's Rush's brother, a lawyer and he's a few dozen IQ points ahead of Rush but I doubt he'd entertain the same crowd.
