Eminent domain

Okay, southern white house ... Mar-a-Lago was actually built as a southern white house by Marjorie Post. She gave it to the NPS National Park Service as place for the President to receive International Guests during the winter months. But, in 1981, by an Act of Congress and high costs, it was given back to the Post Foundation. In 1985 trump bought it.....

Now... if he cheated or fraudulently his taxes.... the estate could be relinquished back to the US Government. Better yet.... could be eminent domain and again used as the southern white house.... on pennies on the dollar since trumps name ruins all his Capital properties.....
