He had no visible injuries to explain his death and the speculation was he was killed by a delayed reaction to an inhalant. If he was exposed to this combination more than once, plus bear spray during another encounter, he could have had a delayed and tragic reaction. The original explanation was originally being hit by a fire extinguisher was speculation but there have been no videos of this happening and no marks of such an injury.
