Irving said he wasn't on floor at 1:09 PM....video proves he was.

And if you go back and watch the footage of that day, which I just did, Irving is clearly on the House floor at 1:09 p.m.

Josh Hawley is bringing this back up. Irving says if he had received a call at 1:09pm, he would've been able to approve the request quickly because he was with former Senate SAA Stenger and congressional leaders at that time. He's denying details of Sund's testimony.
