There are two sets of rules in finance; the set of rules which favor the wealthy, and the set of rules which punishes the poor. You already know which set of rules Kushner plays under.

Those "reforms" applied to individuals but not to corporations. As a result, his accountant won't have to look very hard to find a benefit for Kushner. But if you hope to find some relief by filing personal bankruptcy, I wish you luck. This is classic Reagan neoliberalism.
