Manchin needs to vote with the party and not hold up the democrats agenda.

I looked up the total number of voters in West Virginia that voted in the general = 781,366 (both sides).

Total number of votes in the nation for Biden
81,285,571

So, if Manchin decides ALL of the democrats agenda, that means his less than 1% representation will have as much power as a dictator.
