if I had $$ to run TV ads supporting dems policies I would run this in west virginia -

Joe manchin thinks you are not worth $15 and hour
Joe manchin says he will vote to prevent you from getting $15 an hour.

so constituents can call. I live in CA but will call with a WV address from Zillow. It works well.
