Where they interviewed the officer at the scene of the Tiger Woods accident? Did you see where they asked him, how are you doing? How are you holding up? Seriously, they asked him that. Did you find that weird? Why would they be concerned about the mental state of the officer at the scene? Would they have asked him that if I had been the one in the wreck? Im happy Tiger Woods survived. But, this whole non stop worship coverage is weird as hell.

(3,270 posts)They are just worried that the officer was somehow traumatized by discovering it was Tiger Woods. Im sure its not the first or the last bad car accident hes witnessed. Im so tired of all this obsession with celebrities and/or rich people.

(34,074 posts)back in pre trump days, when the rest of the problems in the world were not particularly interesting. the news was trying to reach back to the good old days.
i'm not saying it was good or that they succeeded.

Tiger Woods got into a car accident soon after the hearings. I could understand if there was a death but the coverage has been over the top. I turned it to YouTube for political coverage soon after.
