post a computer screen shot on here ? do i need a photo hosting site to do that ? thanks in adavance .

You have to upload the picture then link to it. Linking isn’t completely trivial, but I got help here so start by uploading and trying to link. Someone had to explain to me how to get the bbcode version of the link.
