And, as I recall, it's not a full out SOTU speech, the first year in a new administration. It's more of an address to a joint session of congress.
Admittedly, I could be WAYYYYY off base, on that. And if I am, I blame my recently acquired Pfizer Covid-19 vaccination.

People who really know me, also know I'm NOT known for smiling. So, perhaps this is my own, personal 'side effect'.
And I also used science as an excuse to take an early hot shower and slip into my flannels and slippers - all accomplished before 5pm.
