A woman saves one of her dogs after it fell into her ice covered backyard pool.

2. I believe she could have given him mouth to nose resuscitation. I don't

know if you can do that if a human or animal is breathing very shallow but you can do it for most animals. Just hold their mouth shut and breath into their nose.
