It is time to go nuclear or admit that the purpose of Congress is not to govern but simply to obstruct the other party in order to gain power. The quickest way for the Democrats to lose power is to not fulfill its campaign promises. Democrats only have 2 Bills that it can pass by simple majority until the midterms, 1 is the Rescue Bill and most likely the 2nd will be infrastructure. I guess other than that Democrats can pass bills to name post offices but then again until LeJoy gets fired I don't even see that happening.
