Yesterday afternoon.
Amazingly, pharmacists & techs not wearing masks & those who were mostly had them on chin.
Arm was mildly sore last night, a bit better today.
Found the vax through CDC repurposed (previously) flu vax finder. Can search by zip code & can choose Pfizer or Moderna.

(27,823 posts)Has my first Pfizer on Thursday. No side or after effects, at all.
Everyone at the venue was strictly following guidelines. Process was friendly, fast and very efficient. I'm already counting down the days to March 18, when I get the 2nd jab.

I was wondering if sore arm means worse side effects for 2nd shot. Maybe not.

(78,224 posts)I didn't feel anything for about 6 hrs, then mildly sore arm. Still a bit sore today, but guessing a whole lot less distressing than ventilator!
Which shot did you get? Pfizer here, yesterday.

(12,651 posts)I saw my dental hygienist on Thursday. She got both Pfizer doses. Said the second one was worse-flu like aches for a couple days after.

(78,224 posts)Still much better than a ventilator or long haul though!
