As CPAC goes, so goes the GOP

Over the last decade, if you wanted to know where the Republican Party was heading you wouldn’t look to the conservative columnists ... You wouldn’t look to the sitting legislators ... You wouldn’t even look to Fox News ...

... you would go to .. CPAC ...

... CPAC isn’t a sideshow. It’s the main stage of the conservative movement, predicting its future behavior in an era of widening asymmetric polarization ...

... if we want to know where the Republican Party is heading today, we should pay close attention to CPAC. So what’s the theme now? Where is it going?

The answer seems to be doubling down on Donald Trump, white supremacy, insurrection and conspiracy theories ...

1. trump is now using CPAC to project the con ,

And the media is helping him by giving him publicity about it. He'll do the same things as he's done before, lie, lie, lie to promote the con , and project he's already the candidate, and the only one who can beat the Democrats. He'll promote propaganda claiming he and them are the victims, without proving anything, then accuse with more outlandish claims.
All to grift money from his followers , and likely from other countries that he'll claim he'll help them if they do, and hurt them if they don't. This is all from a professional con man who will be promoting propaganda , then asking for money to claim he needs it to save them. This is all about trump conning people out of money. trump's turned the republican party into a criminal organization now backing overthrowing the Democracy.
