even if he wasn't terribly popular with his classmates. He had no way of knowing how these fools would end up later in life.

The best education in the world can't make you a decent human being.

everyone hates Cruz, which makes you wonder how someone like that could get elected to the senate more than once.

Dems need to take back the country, and I mean a 60% majority at least.

I found the information at this link from a posting on Daily Kos (“If we don‘t begin DeNazification now, we will not get the chance later”) absolutely chilling. And with all the news about January 6, I had never read that a propaganda video was played at the rally before Trump urged the attendees to march to the Capitol. Was it to stir up the crowd even more? The video and the accompanying explanation of its symbolism are enlightening, as is this quote from Hitler:

“Like the woman, whose psychic state is determined less by grounds of abstract reason than by an identifiable emotional longing for a force which will complement her nature, and who, consequently, would rather bow to a strong man than dominate a weakling, likewise the masses love a commander more than a petitioner…”

“The masses love a commander more than a petitioner”—and Trump has portrayed himself as that commander to this cult.

All of this brings me to the question of who the brains are behind Trump. Trump is ignorant of history, though he’s excellent at media manipulation. So much of the manipulation seems to have a clear resonance with Nazi history and manipulation. There’s just too much symbolism for that to be coincidence. Is it Stephen Miller? Someone else? Whoever it is needs to be exposed for public scrutiny.

Not that it would change much in present context, but it would be a nice backhander for each of them.

Maybe that law professor taught at both Yale and Harvard, but the text above the pic implies that the 2 seditionists both attended Yale Law school

I was waiting and thought that former professors of any JD senators who voted against the constitutionality of the 2nd impeachment should get a letter and lecture from their law professors.

By my count, 50 senators have law degrees = 22 rethugs and 28 Dems.
Of the 7 rethugs who voted to convict, only Murkowsky and Romney had a law degree.

What are they teaching and learning in law schools and GOPQ?!? I do understand there are different positions on legal issues. But constitutional law and precedents and oaths of office don't seem to matter to most of the rethug lawyers who serve as senators. They should all be called out by the law schools they attended!

that Cruz and Hawley and most GOP leaders are not stupid -- they're evil
and by that I mean maladjusted: sociopathic malignant narcissists

smart and stupid are relative terms

so, yes, in contrast to Cruz and Hawley
Boebert (Trump in heels) is pretty damn dumb
as are most QAnons and Proud Boys and Oath Keepers
as are most Xtian fundamentalists
as are most Capitol Insurrectionists
as are most White Supremacists

and the Venn Diagram of all of the above overlap bigly
