A lot of men flirt inappropriately and in a way that makes women uncomfortable. That’s not ok. However, I won’t crucify Cuomo until the investigation is complete.

How does one flirt “ appropriately” ?

It’s impossible to define because even an innocent flirt can lead to a man being accused of sexual harassment .

EVER. Cuomo is over 25 years older than Boylan. He is almost 40 years older than Bennett. Why is it not okay for a boss to "flirt" with a subordinate? Because they can't tell him to fuck off and die without fearing they'll lose their jobs and no they do not need to "nicely" refuse his offer, because sexual harassment isn't nice.

He flirted with me until I said I'd go out on a date with him. This was in the 1990s though.

of harassment for a harmless flirt. When I was young and single, older men flirted with me just like Andrew Cuomo allegedly did with the 2nd accuser. I know times have changed a lot.

I mean, that just isn't right. I don't think that is an unreasonable rule. He is an attractive man who has a multitude of ways to find dates, hitting up his subordinates shouldn't be one of them.
