I needed that. 
This is one of the things we like about Joe Biden. He's a leader. He sets out his policies after gathering as much information (you know, those pesky fact-y things you like to ignore) and he chooses highly qualified people to go out and do the job. He doesn't micromanage them. He trusts them to do their jobs with integrity (another tricky word for you) and he has them report back with their results.
This way, more things can be accomplished in a shorter amount of time.
If these concepts are too difficult for you Miss Q-bert, then I suggest you resign from Congress and go back to polishing your guns or whatever.

You need to set up a stand, you know, like Lucy always did for Charlie Brown. Just put it in the hall outside the House chambers and keep your eyes open for some of those that could use your kind works of understanding (clue: you'll have an easy time finding them - they're the ones arguing with Security because they won't pass through the metal detectors).
