That's why it's so important that we protect and expand the law.

The idea of pre-existing conditions is close to being consigned to the dustbin of history. It made a comeback with Trump's HHS authorizing junk catastrophic insurance policies, but those were limited.

When you apply for an ACA plan, there are no questions about pre-existing conditions.
