DoD Report Describes Trump Doctor Ronny Jackson as a Lecherous Boozehound and All-Around Terrible Colleague
Ronny Jackson, it appears, made many, many enemies during his rise as a Navy medical officer that ultimately landed him a gig as the physician to the president of the United States. Donald Trump, however, was not one of those many, many detractors. Trump was so enamored with Jackson, a square-jawed doctor with a nose for the political winds, that Trump tried to hand Jackson a spot in his cabinet in 2018, as the head of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Jacksons nomination, however, was ultimately scuttled when former colleagues and subordinates began expressing how they really felt about Jackson.
What emerged was an unflattering portrait of a maniacal boss that liked the sauce, not to mention the the odd sleeping pill, all of which resulted in numerous inappropriate interactions with female subordinates and coworkers. The blowback was sufficient enough to prompt an investigation by the Department of Defense inspector general, which, after years of digging, confirmed a number of grisly details about Jackson, who with Trumps backing ran and won a seat in Congress last year representing the Texas panhandle. ................(more)

While one can't ALWAYS tell a ... fill in the blank (I don't want to use pejoratives here and offend...but, suffice to say -- I have interacted with a wide range of abusers of a wide range of substances, and I saw many telltale signs in his mannerisms, his defensiveness, his mode of speech, his bloated gray face...). It was clearly apparent to me. Kinda like Junior...

Former Obama officials expressed anger and a sense of betrayal after one-time White House doctor Ronny Jackson echoed President Donald Trumps baseless conspiracy theories about their former boss, President Barack Obama.
The retired Navy admiral, who served as the physician to the president under presidents George W. Bush, Obama and Trump, released a lengthy statement Thursday doubling down on a tweet hed sent the day before calling Obama, and people who worked for him, a Deep State traitor who deserves to be brought to justice for their heinous actions.
Jacksons comments followed a tirade of tweets from Trump proclaiming Obamagate, over unsubstantiated claims that the Obama administration was working to take down Trump. Jackson accused his former boss of weaponizing the highest levels of our government to spy on Trump.
I will never apologize for standing up to protect Americas national security interests and constitutional freedoms, even if that means triggering liberals and the mainstream media, Jackson said in his statement.
Former Obama officials who worked with Jackson in the White House reacted with surprise and hurt that their former colleague was embracing Trumps conspiracy, which he has called the biggest political crime and scandal in the history of the USA and worse than Watergate though hes been short on specifics, telling reporters who asked Monday, You know what the crime is.
During my time in the White House Ronny L. Jackson was my colleague, my friend and my doctor. I thanked him in my book for his good care, tweeted Alyssa Mastromonaco, Obamas one-time deputy chief of staff. His comments yesterday and today leave me confused, angry, and heartbroken. I dont recognize this version of Ronny at all.
