Some stops on long distance trains are a half hour or more, so there is time to take Fido out for a short walk. I love traveling on Amtrak and while I haven't taken my cat, I appreciate their inclusive and friendly attitude toward our furry family members. Service animals are always welcome.

Allowing people to travel with their pets is a money making deal.
The only problem I see with pets is that a lot of the time they are not well trained.
Well, this is good and we will see how it goes.
