So the House passed them

The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, HR7120 and the For the People Act, HR1, have passed the House to only go die in the Senate.
As long as the filibuster exist the ability for the Senate to pass bills on to the WH is extremely unlikely.

Despite all the positive outcomes so far no one should delude themselves into thinking that our democracy is not hanging by a thread and the risk of losing our democracy grows with each passing day.

The current covid relief package has significant bipartisan support among voters but Republicans are still doing everything they can to slow or stop it.
