(833 posts)that doing so will have the consequences we expect. Somehow, though, I fear that corruption will seek a deeper, more secret level. Either that, or the corruption is revealed and nobody can--or will--do anything about it. What if we have big financial players in this country who are tied to the corruption in Cyprus? Do you think that's a possibility? If there are such people/corporations, don't you think they'll lobby the congress critters they've paid for to ignore it all? dump is not the only corrupt businessman in the USA.
First the Caymans, now Cyprus. The long arm the law is getting longer.
