Speed reader has been used in Congress before

How about a speed reader for the Senate?
It's been done before in Congress.

and stopped the charade. Johnson thinks this is what we need. Ted Cruz cost the US economy 34BB dollars shutting down the government to read "Green Eggs and Ham". Johnson is costing us American lives.
